Cavor Industries Ships
Over the past months Cavor Industries has once again been hard at work developing hull types, this time completely new designs to allow hybrid ship designs (crossing cargo carrying capabilities with combat oriented ships). Due to the nature of the ships (and the extreme push into the realms of ship design) they are very hard to pilot and the government has rated them for high ranked pilots throughout the galaxy. At this time they are only releasing the blueprints for general consumption and manufacturing (as with their last set of hull types) preferring to concentrate on new developments rather than the industrial side of ship building and production. The details of the new hull types are as follow :
Cavor Rapier Hull (Size : Small / Rank : Heavy Class C5), Hull Strength - 200, Power - 100, Engineering Capacity - 150, Cargo Capacity - 500, Fuel Capacity - 1000, Weapon Slots - 2xSmall, 1xMed
Cavor Sabre Hull (Size : Medium / Rank : Heavy Class D1), Hull Strength - 500, Power - 200, Engineering Capacity - 350, Cargo Capacity - 1500, Fuel Capacity - 1250, Weapon Slots - 2xSmall, 2xMed, 2xLarge
Cavor Katana Hull (Size : Large / Rank : Heavy Class E1), Hull Strength - 600, Power - 800, Engineering Capacity - 650, Cargo Capacity - 3000, Fuel Capacity - 1500, Weapon Slots - 3xMed, 4xLarge
Javesco Industries Ships
While Cavor Technologies has been working on a series of new ship hull designs, a new company has emerged that is going to start producing alternate designs on some existing hull types. Javesco Industries has been using the latest technologies to find ways of improving your favourite hulls and giving other hulls a new life. We are proud to announce the following designs:
Javesco Industries is proud to present a first in long range space travel and fleet operations. The generation 1 refueller. Using the refiner hull we were able to remove the refining equipment needed and utilize that space for fuel tanks. We have also incorporated a multi-port refuelling module which allows for refuelling multiple ships. This makes fleet fuelling operations much faster and efficient.
Javesco Ind. Improved Refueller (Hull type 9) (Gen 1) (Size: Medium / Rank: Light Class C 1) - Hull Strength: 75, Power: 30, Engineering Capacity: 110, Cargo Capacity: 0, Fuel Capacity: 5000, Weapon Slots: None
Javesco Industries has also developed a freighter with hybrid capabilities and a longer jumping range. The generation 2 Freighter. As a base we used the freighter, stripped out useless compartments and added in more fuel tanks, cargo space and room for a small weapon...
Javesco Ind. Improved Freighter (Size: Medium / Rank: Light Class C 1) - Hull Strength: 55, Power: 32, Engineering Capacity: 102, Cargo Capacity: 2000, Fuel Capacity: 1500, Weapon Slots: 1xSmall
The freighter is definitely replacing my BH--a medium ship with 2000 cargo and enough to get to Merivia--while it has one weapon slot. This is awesome. And I think I'll get that Refueller too.
