Colors of usernames

Is there a key to which colored usernames mean what? Also, am I supposed to have a color, now that I'm in Outlaw?

I have always believed that the colour of a players name does not determine their worth.

Red = High Councilor (Top leaders in the Commonwealth Factions)

Green = Councilor (Secondary leaders in the Commonwealth Factions)

Blue = Full Commonwealth Pilots

Light Blue = Intel Partners (From other Factions we share info with)

Purple = Probationary Members (New Players in a Commonwealth Faction)

White = No Specific Group (Normally Regular OE Players or those that just joined us)
